Dismissive and horrible customer service.
On March 12 2025, I ordered a chicken burger from Chill Edition through Bolt Food In Lithuania The menu did not list bacon, but as a precaution I wrote “NO bacon, NO ham” in the notes. The burger arrived with bacon mixed into the sauce. I contacted support because this is a food safety issue (I have dietary restrictions and could have been allergic). The first agent dismissed the issue by citing a disclaimer that the restaurants are not required to look at the notes and did not apologize or offer any solution. Ignoring the fact that this was added. I mentioned not to put it on as an extra precaution, but they added it, even though it was not something listed in the ingredients. Then a second agent refused a refund, claimed the bacon was not visible in the photo (it was chopped), and closed the chat abruptly without resolution, but left me a sarcastic “have a nice day” If a restaurant adds undeclared ingredients and customer support refuses accountability, that is a problem. I had no complaints prior to this and still this was not taken seriously. I will not be using Bolt Food again and I have not use them within a year. I had forgotten to make this review sooner, but this was so important to me that I decided to make the review even after all of this time. Pretty silly on their end because look at all of the money they lost while I use a different carrier all because they wouldn’t refund one bad customer service issue…It’s your money, if you want to risk it be my guess. But just to get an idea of what type of customer service you’re dealing with look at the generic responses posted here, empty words, no meaningful resolutions… Try another carrier. FYI, since I have little respect for them as a company I have limited my use of the car app as well.. If an issue should happen while driving I am not at all confident of a fair resolution.

Unreliable and dismissive
Consistently have order running over 1 hr late and customer service does absolutely nothing just tells you to wait more. Agent Monique lied to me saying she would assign a courier and then disappeared
