Poor Customer Service
The app keeps crashing. Logs you out automatically. Need to enter credentials again. But it doesn’t pull up the manifests. Everything else seems to be functioning fine, except drivers are blind because they can’t see nor navigate to their stops. Reached out to cs and they stated it was a “dispatch” problem. Umm NO!! It’s an Elite Extra Problems. We need to rethink even using this app for our company moving forward.
