About MobileTime
Replicating basic functionality from GBS time entry, users can complete timecards on the go – on the road, in the office or out on-site. Some great features include:
• Complete, copy or review timecards
• Save default timecard as a favourite
• Add timecard entries offline and submit when connectivity restored
• Simple text search to find projects without memorizing project codes
• Two-way synchronisation keeps GBS and MobileTime up to date – giving the same information on both the App and GBS
• Approvers can action timecard approval notifications from their mobile device
• MobileTime enforces existing GBS time entry controls, such as project and task transaction restrictions and minimum/maximum timecard hours
• and delegation rules created in GBS for timecard approvals will be supported

Good App, but lacking main functionality
Overall the App works and of course save us time while on the go. However, it is lacking some important functionality, such as: No Face ID (only 6 digit code) and No Push Notifications for pending for approval Timecards, also it is cumbersome to create new timesheets. I am not sure also why it is showing salary information in this particular App and at the same time there are a several empty pages with no information. Overall the user interface is outdated and the requirement to log in every 10 days or so is quite frustrating!
