A hugely personal project, this app was built by Freyja after losing her husband to abdominal Synovial Sarcoma cancer in 2014 and herself being diagnosed with a grade III/IV Oligodendroglioma cytoma brain tumour the following year.
Wholesome World combines delicious, home-cooked recipes and nutritional information for optimum health.
The app also has a selection of resources including medical information, other personal experiences of cancer and ways to reduce stress and promote wellbeing. It simplifies the research and effort required for anyone that wants to have control of their health.
Freyja hopes to inform people how they can prevent and overcome cancer-related health issues as well as improve general wellbeing.
