Been using it for years & they still won’t fix it

I cannot book an appointment on the application for our clients ever and yet I have the latest iPhone (always) and the latest app version. They claim to not be able to replicate the issue, but if I am sending you videos to prove that an issue exists, couldn’t someone try to explore a remedy? Today the application just kept spinning and never doing anything. I’m tired of the hassle. I am ready to choose a different vendor for online bookings. One that functions with Avimark. Come on guys, it’s been 3 years now.
