About USMS Tips
The USMS is the federal government’s primary agency for fugitive investigations. In addition to federal fugitive investigations, the Marshals provide assistance to state and local agencies in locating and apprehending their most violent fugitives. The U.S. Marshals “15 Most Wanted” fugitive program draws attention to some of the country’s most dangerous and high-profile fugitives. The USMS is also the lead federal agency to investigate violations of federal sex offender registration laws and to assist state, local, tribal and territorial jurisdictions. The Marshals’ National Sex Offender Targeting Center supports all levels of law enforcement in pursuing unregistered and noncompliant sex offenders, collaborating with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The USMS is committed to the protection of the judicial process by ensuring the safe and secure conduct of judicial proceedings, and protecting federal judges, jurors, and other members of the federal judiciary.

My name is Steve Matte.I had gone to this Federal Courthouse with medical documents proving a suspicious death and coverup by the wealthy and powerful. It seems corruption goes all the way up to the top tier of the DOJ and their other Law Enforcement Affiliates. After weeks of not getting a reply from Federal Judge Susan Watters,I returned only to find out that these Security guards wearing plain suits had lied.I asked if they were FBI are local Billings Police detectives. Never received a honest are straight forward answer. Why am I receiving the run around? Is this how Federal Law Works where only those that look correct are of a upper class can enter? All I was trying to do was ask if they see the suspicious nature of those Medical records. Now that those at this US Marshals service had not been forthright…are let myself through to report a major crime and civil rights violation have run out of all avenues to have my children and my complaint reviewed ..listened to are anything for this matter…stealing medical records have me believing what I suspected.A murder conspiracy and coverup by those at the very top of the US Goverment.
