About Westfield Connect
Westfield Connect is a mobile app that allows you to easily report non-emergency issues in town -- including potholes, park and tree maintenance, sidewalks, and street lights. This app uses GPS to recognize the location of your request and also allows you to upload pictures or videos to provide more detail. Once submitted, you'll be able to track the progress of your request as it is routed through the Department of Public Works for resolution. Westfield Connect equips residents with a new and interactive way to report common quality-of-life conditions that are part of living and working in Town.

Why do you HAVE to download an app to report a pothole
Someone wanted to look cool and spent a bunch of money on this. Everything here could be handled with a simple webpage. Not you can’t report things on the website so someone can justify this. Why does everyone think they are so important that they think we should download their app to use once every few years? Total waste of money and iPhone space. Deleting it

Great app and even better response time
This app is pretty good. Not the fanciest UI but more than sufficient to communicate issues. The response time and allowing the tracking of exchanges is much appreciated!
