BEING THERE MATTERS
SHAMMER WAS DESIGNED FOR INDEPENDENT PERFORMERS
PROVIDE YOUR AUDIENCE AN INSTANT RECORDING FROM YOUR SHOW!
We created Shammer in order to provide independent performers* a way to give their audiences something special while also creating a new revenue stream that can hopefully help carry them (mentally and financially) to their next performance.
*musicians, mostly, but also comedians, thought leaders and anyone who shares a message with an audience in live, in person settings that are special and cannot be replicated.
Our goal is to help people live in the moment - to be present - when experiencing a performance. We hope it will work and be a win-win-win scenario for performer, audience, and industry. As it progresses, we hope to improve the design and service and reduce friction wherever we can. Our current free version does require some effort and planning on the part of the performer in order to get started, but we believe the return on that effort will be quickly realized!
We operate using the following (and evolving) code of honor:
Honor the performer
Honor the audience
Honor the venue
Honor the industry
