Our proposition implements an intuitive process automation workflow to facilitate and enhance resident’s interaction with the building’s offerings and services.
With just one click residents can ask for maintenance, book amenities, call their car directly to valet, track packages, procure repairs, order transportation services or simply send a message for a special request. Additionally, residents receive push notifications when packages are waiting, when there is an event coming up in the building or whenever a reminder for a service requested is needed.
All interfaces are touch enabled to facilitate interaction, and can run on stand-alone mode as proprietary clients for each service offering. Voice control is handled through Amazon Alexa, which allows residents to request services verbally. Voice enabled services can also be requested through any Alexa device without requiring the Optimus app, bringing a whole new level of convenience to luxury building offerings.
