Anchoring Watch

Anchoring Watch app is navigation aid in the anchoring guard maneuver. It is recommended for use in recreational boats as a geolocation anti-drag alarm system.

By entering the dimensional parameters (depth, chain length, chain bearing, ship length and safety margin) the turning circle is automatically generated.

The system monitors your position and in case of exceeding the safety margin it allows the activation of alarms, visual measurements and notifications. When the app is in the background, whenever notifications are enabled, the Notification Center is used to warn of a perimeter violation.
