Not Hippa Compliant
While Fresha CLAIMS to be Hippa compliant I have been asking for over a week to get my medical director proof of that. (She wants a MAA). It is a letter that says they are storing your data safely. They repeatedly tell me they cannot and they have forwarded my need to “legal” but that isn’t helping me see clients.
