Travel Insurance Consultants (TIC) is a specialist division of Santam and a member of the Association of Travel Agents of South Africa (ASATA). Santam is an authorized financial services provider.
TIC has been insuring travelers departing from South Africa travelling internationally or travelling to South Africa and locally within South Africa for more than 30 years for leisure, business, corporate and group travel activities. We partner with worldwide assistance companies to ensure you receive the best possible emergency assistance and advice whilst travelling locally and abroad.
The TIC travel Assured App provides policy holders with the ability to engage with TIC, its claims division or the intermediary who sold the policy on behalf of TIC. Be in contact with the assistance company to get either emergency assistance or general assistance while travelling. The app also provides a policy holder with access to their policy documentation by downloading or emailing the information in pdf format.
