Two neutered to be useful
I really like Fleetrock as a program. But their mobile app they have restricted it to show only certain information and it’s pretty much unusable. My technicians who use an iPad never use the app because they can’t see any of the relevant information. I think the mobile app is good for writing up issues but that’s about it, you can’t see anything else that you need to see when you are trying to use it on the app. I have reached out to Fleetrock about this and told them they just need to give us the ability to choose what information we see and this could be a really great app but the response I’ve been given is pretty much that they think it works well enough for now and if we want more features we can go to the website. The problem with that is the website on your phone has too much information and again I can’t information I don’t want to see.
