Why have an app that sends you to the web
This app is a complete waste of resources. You log into to app to do anything, especially a service request and it opens the web browser. And you will need to log in again. Once on the web site you think you would be able to request service there but it directs you to call. When you call, the operator directs you to the app.

You cannot update your payment method on this thing then you call the customer service number and they don’t do it correctly.
