App Does Not Work
The app is supposed to allow you order supplies easily. That functionality simply does not work. When you try place an order, the app will either freeze or tell you to check back to see about your order in 5 minutes. I called the company and they showed that two orders were placed so no orders were sent. If I hadn’t have called, I would not have known. (As it stands, my 80 year old aunt still doesn’t have the supplies she needs.) When I explained that there was an issue with the app, the representative on the phone told me she couldn’t do anything. I mean if you have an app that allows people to get medical products, don’t you want it to work?! Wouldn’t you do something to make sure things are ok! The troubleshooting options in the app also don’t address a common situation you might have. Another poster mentioned their aggressive billing practices. While that’s a bit off topic for an app review, I will state that I received multiple calls re insurance when a licensed nursing agency obtained the vac and had all of the insurance info. Instead of reaching out to them, they blew up my phone.

Useless for ordering supplies
It’s been a year I’ve had this app and have never once been able to order supplies without “The operation couldn’t be completed. (Server error error 500).” being displayed. Update: 1/17/2025 was the first time I’ve ever been able to successfully order supplies through the app. Hopefully it’s fixed for good.
