Good app although could use some improvements.
Make to where more than 1 building could be added per work order, pm, etc. We have buildings that have connecting corridors. When doing trash, vacuuming, etc. 2 buildings are done at the same time. Should have in settings a list of assets or items to select for that property. That way you don’t have to go through 100 items that don’t pertain to that property. And maybe separate p.m.’s from work orders. And monthly, quarterly, bi annually, annually. So that they aren’t all amongst one another. There are also boilers, chiller’s, etc. that are not choices. Maybe make a way to add items that may not be available on the app/program presently. That apply to their property. Just some thoughts to make I it more user friendly.
