About Equibodybalance
Equibodybalance™ is a yoga-like method with inspiring, fun, effective and therapeutic exercisers from the ground. The method helps the horse to self carriage through functional biomechanics wich is fundamental for sustainability and performance.
Equibodybalance™ is suitable for both prehab and rehab and it can be adjusted to fit the horse’s age and level of education.
The app also contains fitting instructions for the Equiband™ Pro system but you do not have to use Equiband™ to do the exercises.
