This product has failed me twice.
Two times now, my basement utilities sensor has gone “ off-line quote and each time ironically it has flooded out my basement because the humidifier put too much water out that the utility drain could not keep instead of being 100% reliable it has been 0% reliable. All of the sensors that I have in my house periodically go to off-line, and there is no explanation for why that happens. Then of course, when something serious happens the sensor that needs to be there is off-line and I end up with a basement flooded. This is a trash product and I would not recommend it to anybody ever unless I wanted for them to have a flooded and trashed out basement.

Too much menu diving
Live the setup. Good price. The app just needs to put the room name on the main screen, the second screen at most. To have to go to a third screen to know where the sensor is then back out etc is too much.
