I had many issues setting up my account . They misspelled my username and email making it a headache to try and log into my portal . Once I logged in I saw she misspelled my actual name as well . When I finally got my installation in the car the certificate had the wrong spelling of my name and I had to call and fix it , wait for them so ship out the new paper for the dmv delaying the process to get back to driving . I called and asked for a manager twice and they said they would call me back , it’s been 2 days and they haven’t . The wait time for them to even pick up the phone is about half an hour and they don’t care about the issues you are having . I downloaded the app and I’m trying to use it but it keeps saying it’s wrong so I don’t want to bother calling in again . DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY .

For Your Sanity Go Elsewhere

Imagine feeling already low and stressed for making a terrible decision and then waiting on the phone an hour sometimes two before anyone picks up. Then when they do the person doesn’t have an answer to your question and has to put you on hold and send you off to another representative where you wait on hold again for another hour or more before you can get a simple question or ask for help figured out. Many times you will be forced to drop because you won’t have time to listen to the automated on hold voice tell you that they are there for you 24x7 365 days a year. If that sounds like fun by all means choose this company. Know this. Once they have your money and the device is installed they have you because of the pain associated with going somewhere else. The compound your pain with more pain. Choose them at your own risk. The company really should also take stalk in their install service providers and get customer feedback on them. The one I had treated me like I was a convict and he was my boss even though he was the one who needed life help. If I was the owner of a company in charge of helping people get their lives going back in the right direction I can assure you it would be a well oiled machine and not some front for something else. Your choice and you’ve been honestly warned.
