About Watchworthy - What To Watch
Watchworthy’s exclusive WORTHY SCORE predicts how much you’ll enjoy shows and movies, based on your unique taste. The more you rate, the smarter and more accurate your recommendations become.
Could Watchworthy be your new best friend? Probably not (there are apps for that). But Watchworthy is an uncannily accurate, super-intelligent watch assistant that learns what YOU like and personally matches you to new shows and movies. So stop wasting time endlessly scrolling through your streaming services, and discover shows and movies you’ll love with Watchworthy.
How It Works:
• Personalized Recommendations for TV & Movies: Start by selecting the streaming services you use, like Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix, Paramount+, and over 50 others.
(NOTE: A paid subscription is required to watch some shows and movies; Watchworthy does not provide or promote illegal streaming or downloading of copyrighted content.)
• Next, tell us what you love, like, and dislike by rating popular TV shows and movies.
• (cue magic) Get matched to shows and movies based on your WORTHY SCORE. The higher the score, the more we think you’ll love it. It doesn’t end there; the more you rate, the smarter Watchworthy becomes!
Your All-in-One Streaming Guide:
• Perfect Match: Tell us a few of your favorite shows, and Watchworthy will match you with the perfect new show or movie to watch next.
• Browse by Mood, Genre, and Streaming Service: Whether you’re craving a new thriller, a comedy, or a classic film, Watchworthy’s filters make it easy to find exactly what you want to watch.

Almost perfect
I really like this app, and I recommend it to lots of people. I use the app multiple times a week, and I’ve made multiple watchlists (movies to watch, shows to watch, tracking finished shows. Etc.) Updated Nov. 2025, as I’d still like to see these features: The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is for 3 preferential reasons: 1. I wish there was an “okay” or “eh” rating. The current ratings are dislike, like, and love. I feel like there is a middle ground for a lot of movies and shows.. “I didn’t hate it, but I don’t think I’d watch it again” would be an “okay” for me. 2. When you go to “rate more” and have the opportunity to rate shows and movies, there’s an option to click “not interested.” When this is clicked, it hides the movie or show. I wish there was an option to choose not interested or to hide shows when on the show/movie page. You can remove shows/movies from the recommended Watchworthy list, but they reappear when the page is refreshed. I wish we could hide shows from recommended without affecting recommendations. (For example, I liked a couple cartoon movies that are good for kids/family/adults. Now, there’s so many kids movies taking over my watchlist. Some of the movies are probably good, but I’d like to hide them from always being recommended to me without having to dislike them all.) 3. I wish there was an option to mark episodes as watched. Watchlists will show (for ex) “3 updates to your watchlist. However, I’d like to be able to mark one show at a time versus having to mark all updates as done at one time for the whole watchlist.

Wish I could filter shows I’ve seen
Makes it a pain when rating/sifting through shows.
