Installers always have the correct planning available in the right order and can drive directly from job to job. This allows them to plan their driving and working hours efficiently.
• Instructions
Each order has a description of the installation instructions; the installers on site won’t be spending time finding out exactly what needs to be done.
• Registration
The time worked is recorded on site with the start/stop timer. The app sends the data in real time to the MultiPress system.
• Notes
Add problems, comments, or surprises on site to the file via a simple note field.
• Images
You can upload photographs of the delivered work directly into the app. There they are added to the right project in MultiPress, which simplifies remote quality control.
• Sign-off
Ready? Once the job is done, the customer can sign off for approval directly in the app. This feeds back to MultiPress and triggers the next step: invoicing.
