Did you ever hear about the importance of communications? It would have been great if we’d known there were changes coming! I went into my account to learn that I had no April statement. I called and was told about a new address. Today I try to go in and my username and/or password have been declared wrong. Now I’m locked out and it’s the weekend so I can’t do anything but be extremely frustrated and aggravated at the credit union!

DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD. Absolute trash for mobile banking
I’ll save you time. Don’t even bother using this app. I only keep this account open as a fail safe now. I would love to make this my primary bank but I just can not with how HORRIBLE the online banking is. This is hands down the WORST mobile banking app I’ve ever used. This bank is stuck in the 90s.
