Convenient but frustrating
While, it is convenient that the system comes with the ubiquity router, and allows me to access my home system. it is also very disappointing. The app is not very user-friendly and technical support is available only by email and is very slow to respond. This makes resolving any issues. Very frustrating.

Great app for personal VPN
Works great when traveling. Wish the app was available for Apple TV as well.
