A free application designed by doctors to help you understand your children's sleep disorders and help them breathe better, to sleep better and grow well.
Marmot's Sleep application was designed by doctors and physiotherapists specializing in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA) in children.
Accompanied by Martin the little marmot, your child will discover in a playful and stimulating environment the symptoms, the treatments and the caregivers he will meet during his treatment. He will be encouraged and supported in following his treatment, in particular with daily tongue and throat re-education exercises for better breathing.
You will discover the symptoms of this disease, its prevention, its management and tips and tricks to improve the breathing and sleep of your children.
A child who breathes better and sleeps peacefully and not fragmented will be more rested, less grumpy, less angry, less sensitive, more attentive in class, more concentrated, will retain his lessons better, will grow up well, and will be sick less often.
Suitable for children from 5 years old, accompanied by their parents.

This application is an extension of the book " Un sommeil de marmotte " (Edition " Un Autre reg'art "), where Martin the groundhog discovers his illness.
Today, after a not always funny medical course and a protocol of care followed rigorously, Martin is cured! He wants to share his experience and help children who are like him to breathe better, sleep better, to grow up well and feel fit.
