Waste of time. App seems broken
After signing in one time, it's impossible to sign in again. I'm certain the password was in correctly.

Be aware!! They charge the plate to your account even after you return the tag
I returned the tag before noon and I don’t see a button for confirm tag return. Then I guess the car was rented out again and all the toll charge was on my account until the end of day. I guess you have to remove plate number manually after you return the tag. Terrible customer service, I sent email and no response for a month.
