Download MobiAPParc, the new payment service for parking in the blue zone of Palma. No coins, parking meters or tickets: just open the App and forget about everything else.
You will save time, gain comfort and discover how easy it is: park, open the App and start your session. The App will geolocate and select the street where you parked, you only have to select your vehicle (in case you have more than one) and the amount for the time you want to park. You will not have to do anything else, we will let you know when the time is about to expire and, wherever you are, you can extend this time from the app.
In addition, you will have several functionalities: monthly consumption inquiry, receive in your email the receipts of the parking, locate where you have parked the vehicle, see all your sessions and many more.

Great if you want to be overcharged
The design of this app is something a first year student might create for a school project. I’m not going to go into detail about the flaws because they should be paying someone to fix this not waiting for unassuming citizens to give them the advice for free. I will say that I was overcharged and, although the customer service is good, they said it was my fault and that they weren’t going to refund me. How is it my fault that after using the app it kept charging me various times over when I am not using it anymore? I did not sit in front of my phone recharging myself for the same ticket but apparently they think I did. Also, if they think it’s so easy to mess this up they should be working on an improved version. I do not recommend this app but I do recommend they fix it and also get someone with proper English to do the translation of the app.
