Fake discount
I received emails saying that the promotion would end soon, but there was no discount in my personal account. No one responded to me or helped me in support. They just teased me with these discounts, but these discounts are only in the picture. In fact, I didn't have any discounts in my personal account

They will scam you
I strongly recommend against using Workiz. I signed up expecting to try the platform for one month, but I found it far less user-friendly than advertised. When I called to cancel, I was told that I had supposedly agreed to a one-year contract — something I was never made aware of and would never have agreed to. Workiz informed me that they will continue charging my account for the rest of the year, despite my immediate cancellation request. This feels extremely misleading and unfair. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy. They rely on confusing agreements that an average person would need a lawyer to understand. Use caution before signing up.
