About Trinity Metro On-Demand
With a few taps, book an on-demand ride in the app and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. No detours, no delays.
How it works:
- Book a ride on your phone.
- Get picked up on a nearby corner.
- Share your ride with others.
- Save cash and reduce carbon emissions.
What we’re about:
SHARED.
Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience and comfort of a private ride with the efficiency, speed, and affordability of a public one.
AFFORDABLE.
Aggregating people into one vehicle brings down prices. Enough said. Eligible users can also pay using pre-tax transit dollars through approved commuter benefit debit cards.
SUSTAINABLE.
Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride.

App is fine, service is not.
I’ve been using ZipZone services for 2 years now because I’m broke and can’t afford to fix my car. The rides are only $2 so it’s affordable if they support your area. The app is nice and shows you where your driver is in real-time. It’s good it shows you because a solid 50% of the time, the driver is just sitting there for 15-20+ minutes. I get the cost is cheap but having drivers who simply refuse to work is unacceptable. I had one driver take an hour to finally move to get me. He sat in one spot for that whole hour. Support was not helpful either. They can call the drivers but refused to for this specific case. Horrible service. Only use if you have no other options.

Useless
Don’t make the same mistake I did and “buy” a pass through this site. No idea where it went or how to use it. But I eventually figured out the proper app to buy transit tickets is the GoApp.
