Horrible service all around
Truly horrible customer service. Unable to use the card / getting declined and they keep saying it’s my fault / incorrect pin used. But I used the pin given, explained multiple times and was continually ignored and given the same wrong response that it’s my fault. Asked for the correct pin if the one I was told is wrong, they say it’s the same as I keep getting declined for “incorrect” pin with. So what’s the truth? No solution offered other than the same “explanation” that its my problem. Horrible experience on all parts and now out of the money because I can’t use the card as they promised / described.

I can log in through mypaymentvault.com, but not through this application. Would be interested to review the rest of the app if I could get into it
