Convenient but buggy
I love having the app, it makes life so much easier, but the app is buggy. The Face ID switches off every week or so. Apparently it’s by design but that’s too often to be truly convenient. When Face ID is off, it usually gives errors when using my password. It’s nothing to do with the info entered, it’s just the app itself. I’m glad to have the app, but it could be better.

Poorly operating
The app logged me out a few months ago and now it won’t let me log back in. Saying my credentials aren’t good. I have to log into my browser each time I want to do a transaction. Kind of inconvenient.
