Making good people employees and good food irresistible. Darryl Dueltgen has been a longtime family friend and operator of one of the Gencarelli restaurants. It was his passion to be a part of the Gencarelli legacy and open a restaurant of his own. This process was one that could not be rushed or forced.
Dueltgen invested himself in finding the perfect location and operation. Once the restaurant was discovered, Kathy Wakile of RHONJ and a lifelong friend of Gencarelli, became instrumental to the development of the business. Gencarelli knew she’d be a natural fit as a partner, as she has an incredible passion for the restaurant business and culinary arts in general. Wakile is the author of “Indulge”, a Publishers Weekly bestselling cookbook, that highlights her passion for dessert featuring over 75 unique recipes. The result of this established partnership is called Pizza Love and is due to open soon in the ultra-competitive restaurant market in Bergen County, N.J.
