The ArconApp lets our customers make rent and service charge payments, check their balance, update their contact details and ask us to do repairs. All without having to call our contact centre! Customers using the app regularly tell us it helps them stay on top of their rent payments and saves them time spent queueing on the phone.
Being able to keep track of how your account is running is really great, and now you can check your balance at any time of the day or night. And our new repairs logging form asks you easy questions to get the information we need to be able to send out the right repairman first time every time.
You can make payments to your rent and service charge account using your existing Allpay account or direct in the app using our secure credit/debit card payment processing. You can even save your card details so it takes even less time next time. We think paying through the app will save you time and you won't have to remember your Allpay login details. Once you're registered in the app you'll just need to use your chosen 4 digit pin.
To register, you'll need your payment reference, surname, date of birth and postcode of your Arcon property. Only named tenants and leaseholders can register. You can find your payment reference on your rent and service charge statement.
Note: we have had some customers tell us they get an "invalid customer" error when they try to register. If you get this error, it means at least one piece of the information you're providing doesn't quite match our system. It could be something as simple as a typing error at our end. Please drop us a line at customerservice@arcon.org.uk and our lovely colleagues will help you fix the problem and get you using the app in no time!
