The MCA App (Marcantonini Concrete Assistance) was developed to allow the plant operators to perform an assistance call by a push notification.
Operations for the customer:
•Log in by username and password provided by the supplier
•Once logged in, it is possible to choose between enquiries to Assistance Department or Spare Parts Service
•By sending the enquiry, you will get an autoreply waiting for the first available operator to perform the assistance/service session.
•The operators answer in the chat room, where it is possible to exchange messages and pictures
•Once the assistance session is completed, the system generates a summary report email with information on the duration of the session, the issues involved and their fixes or other steps required.
•The chat sessions remain available for future perusal by the operators of both sides.
Operations by the supplier:
•Configuration of Accounts (customer, plant and related settings).
•Generate more users for every account.
•Configuration of different languages for every user or account.
•Managing the shifts of the operators involved.
•Check the assistance sessions history.
•Managing the spare parts enquiries.
•Managing the Assistance and Service contracts.
•Possibility of generating automatic emails for reporting or invoicing purposes.
