With PRIME, you may be asked to do any of the following:
- Log your vitals and output
- Answer symptom-specific surveys
- Take photos of your wound
- Receive alerts and reminders
- Review patient education materials
- Provide feedback to your provider
To use, your provider must first prescribe and enroll you in PRIME on CareConnect and you must have an active myUCLAhealth account.

Good but buggy
The interface is easy to use and very common sense to figure out. And being able to provide real time updates to the care team is awesome. Unfortunately the app would repeatedly reset to zero multiple times per day, meaning all the values I had entered at the beginning of the day would be erased. This happened more days than it did not happen. I’d estimate about 70% of the 6 weeks I used the app.
