Embarrassing, to say the least!
App opens with banner of a gray-bearded dandy dressed like a banana—red shirt, yellow suit, mirrored green sunglasses. Almost zero features and functionality. Couldn’t even check my dang account balances! Why even have a “banking” app if you cannot bank with it. Pathetic. Fire your CIO. She must’ve studied Computer Science online at the University of Phoenix.
