Crashes 100% of the time. Utterly useless app.
I purchased the ON1 Full app for my desktop machine and decided to download the mobile app. It crashes 100% of the time I’ve tried reinstalling. I’ve rebooted multiple times. I’m running the most recent iPad Pro so system resources should not be an issue. The app is completely unusable and useless.

STILL Not even a value add vs. desktop
November 2025. ON1: Basic UI glitches like being unable to tap the X to close the new filter dialog on modern iPhones. No support for arguably the only differentiating feature of ON1: their AI denoising. Using that on a PC precludes you from editing that pic with this. Overall just a frustrating and clunky experience. Competitors: great UX, modern AI features. Please don’t make me switch to Lightroom.
