Renters allowed to steal
Renters can get away with never returning an item and support will do nothing about it unless it is reported within 7 days. Renters are not required by the app to enter return tracking information so there is zero way to tell if a renter is inactive on the app but has returned the item or stole it within a short timeframe. Renters run wild on this app with damages as well and can simply choose to not pay an invoice, there is no way of ensuring payment for damage or theft.

App won’t even work anymore
At first I lived this all but quickly got disappointed. The first use I had no problems and had a great rental. Second time around I needed to update my payment method and the app kept crashing. I even reached out to them on social media and didn’t get a reply. Very very disappointed with them, and not even a response…
