CÁCH LÀM VIỆC VÔ TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA VINSHOP & NHÀ PHÂN PHỐI
Tôi đề nghị Vinshop xem lại cách làm việc của mình, chỉ biết đẩy trách nhiệm để cửa hàng phải chịu trách nhiệm cho hành động của lái xe, của NPP. Giải quyết cho cửa hàng không thoả đáng, vô trách nhiệm với cửa hàng. Bắt cửa hàng phải lên 01 đơn mới (từ 2.000.000 triệu đồng trở lên), trong khi cửa hàng mới lên đơn hơn 2.000.000 triệu rồi, giờ lên thêm 01 đơn nữa để NPP lấy doanh thu, còn cửa hàng lấy để về cho quá hạn, rồi bán cho khách hàng, vậy cuối cùng ai là người chịu thiệt?????????? Cả NPP và Vinshop biết lái xe sai, nhưng không chịu giải quyết đơn hàng bị thiếu cho thoả đáng, Vinshop còn cố ý bao che cho lái xe và NPP Chốt lại, vấn đề tôi cần và muốn biết là khi nào mới giải quyết cho cửa hàng đơn bị thiếu?????????? Tôi không muốn CSKH của Vinshop chỉ GIẢI THÍCH & KHÔNG CHỊU GIẢI QUYẾT Tôi CẢM ƠN cách làm việc VÔ TRÁCH NHIỆM của Vinshop, nhân viên CSKH của Vinshop, NPP và Lái xe ạ!!!!!!!!!!
