Jump Back In broken
Leaving this review because it’s extremely disappointing that episodes no longer return to where I left off. Reinstalled, didn’t help. Contacted support….they admitted they are working on the problem. Today I got an email stating if I didn’t provide the info they requested, tomorrow they will close my case as Solved. What requested info? They said they were working on it. As a total access member, I expect better in app functionality and much better in Support!

Many Issues Still
I’m an all Access Member. I have been a Member since 2021. I thoroughly enjoy this company. But, I have sent request after request for the issues with the application logging me out. I have several times done everything that is possible to figure out this issue. I have gone through “their” quick fixes with small settings which don’t last after an update. Constantly the same questions that don’t work. Sign out, sign in, delete, reinstall, update, and etc… The other issue is when searching for an article. You enter a single word into the search bar and I get nothing… I have to scroll on and on to find an article. And most times, you cannot find them. These are glaring errors. Please fix them!!!
