Prefer Sotheby's and better processes
I really wanted to enjoy Lion & Unicorn, but today was the last straw. I was examining pieces in one auction and the EXACT same piece is in multiple other auctions. Further, they take too long for delivery and each time it is with J Burnier (I guess it is a franchise of FedEx, don't care) where drivers can't scan an id and DO NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH but are very willing to play loud music and have personal conversations on their cell phones while they can't do their job. I do not have issues like these with other more established auction houses. Sorry L & U ... you're not worth my time & money.

All costs are not currently programmed on current app version
Additional costs like shipping calculations are not included, although your address is required and an estimate could be programmed and included with every bid. L&U forces a 25% fee, so if one bids $100, your true cost is $125. This could all be programmed to calculate an estimate so no bidder is caught unaware when an invoice is received.
