Extremely Good, But Not Perfect

I have used Pacloc as a password manager for quite a few years now, and it is very very good, though it has some annoying flaws. Overall the app is intuitive, and basic password management is smooth and easy. However, this app is also very powerful. It supports folder, tags, and other ways to organize yourself. CSV exports allows me to save all my passwords in a secure local location, for my family to access if a need arises. I do like that is does important and exporting, I love software that tries to be as open as psosible instead of trying to marry you to it forever. Version history for passwords is a fantastic addition, and solves the biggest issue I ran into using it, which was me generating a new password, saving it, and then having the password change process fail somewhere along the line (due to no fault of this app)– after my randomly-generated password had been overwritten and was lost forever. I find the open-source nature and European provenance of this product trustworthy. The $35/year subscription fee is reasonable, and the cloud password manager works really flawlessly. It works with 2FA keys. In short, this does absolutely everything you could want it to. It is not perfect. There are minor but persistant bugs in the Mac desktop application. The app interferes with the spacebar shortcut key in Adobe applications intermittently. Sometimes it takes two clicks to copy data, even though "focus" is on the app. These are very minor annoyances, but worth noting. Overall, I really like this app and do reccomend it. Having a password manager is essential and this is an extremely good one.
