They advertise promo codes (in app) but none works. Also have to wait forever to get a shipment even after paying $12 shipping fee. App doesn’t have a Size Chart, so you have to basically assume!!! Horrible company.

I have been shopping with Karen Miles for several years but have see the customer service absolutely plummet. The only option is text and it typically takes 24 hours to get a response and if you don’t get a satisfactory response you just have to start over, there is no consistent communication with one person. I bough their premium membership which should have given me free shipping for one year, halfway through the year they decided not to honor it anymore and basically said, “sorry, not sorry”. No refund for the membership I bought and flat out refusal to help in anyway. Additionally, returns are a massive hassle and you will have to fight to get your money refunded. If you are expecting them to care about you as a customer or your experience you will be sadly mistaken. Jo neatly the worst retailer I have ever worked with.
