I use it for voicemail
I use this app to have my landline voicemail messages go to my cell phone instead of to an answering machine. I love the transcript feature and the fact that I no longer have a loud whine that makes it hard to hear messages (my landline has a whine that makes it nearly impossible to understand people). Unfortunately, the voicemail playback and transcript in the app have become glitchy, so the transcript often doesn’t show and/or the message won’t play. It just skips to the end of playback, even if the message length says it is 30+ seconds. Since this is the only thing I use it for, it’s becoming frustrating.
