Authentication is a messy maze
Logging in got so much worse and filled with friction recently. If you’re enabling 2FA, can’t you do it like everyone else where the code comes after a regular login/password entry? And after the tenant opts in to do so? Also, you don’t play nice with 1Password or iOS keychain at all, and I have to toggle to my number pad to enter my phone number and can’t use keyboard shortcuts to enter my phone number either. Also don’t force people to log in again so soon. Hope this helps!

It’s poorly made
Signing into this app is a nightmare. Asks for a phone number to start. Sends you a code. Only then does it ask for login info—but doesn’t actually work with keychain. So, hopefully you remember a password for the obscure residential app you occasionally have to use. No face/Touch ID. Just amateur all around
