To complement the personal service provided by our Private Bankers we also provide the ability to manage your cards online via our app “Hampden Bank card app”.

Existing clients can download the app from the link above. Please follow the simple steps to activate the app, it only takes a couple of minutes. If you have any questions, or there is anything else we can do to help, please contact your Private Banker.

On the Hampden Bank card app you can:

Authenticate online card purchases using a personal code or Biometrics, such as Fingerprint ID or facial recognition
View your PIN
Activate new cards
Block cards temporarily if you believe your card has been misplaced
See recent transactions and balances
