MoKouran is a proprietary App owned by the Central Electricity Board, Mauritius (http://ceb.mu). MoKouran offers a range of interesting functionality for both guests and customers who register their electricity accounts. With MoKouran, you can
· Manage multiple electricity accounts
· Add the Google Map location of each account
· View your consumption trends
· Download your account Statements
· Download your bills
· Pay your bills by credit card
· Get notified before bill due dates
· Report faults
· View planned outages
· Follow up on requests made in CEB offices
· Make enquiries & register complaints
For registration of an account, you need the following (amongst other details):
· An email address
· A CEB Business Partner number (available on CEB invoices)
· A National Identity Card number
· One of last 3 invoice numbers (available on CEB invoices)
Any person having the above information can register an account. To use the App, the customer shall agree to a specific set of Terms & Conditions. For any query, please phone any CEB Customer Service Office (numbers are found at the back of CEB bills).
