i download dar al shifa app and creat an account then download this app and not recognize my email

I downloaded the dar al shifa app and I created an account then I downloaded this app and he told me to use the same dar al shifa account I wrote my email and password but he kept saying that he can’t recognize my email or username I tried to reset my password but he kept saying (we don’t recognize the email address or username) Please fix it
