The Children's Rights and Participation Program (Lao Children's Rights and Participation) was launched in January 2019 under the Program for the Promotion and Empowerment of Children and Youth in the Lao PDR through a partnership between the National Secretariat for Women and the National Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom.
