About Empower Driver

We started Empower to empower drivers who can’t make a sustainable living under the current rideshare model and to provide an alternative for passengers who want the convenience provided by on-demand transportation platforms, but prefer to support drivers, not the companies exploiting them. By removing the giant corporate middleman, Empower is able to do that, while enabling passengers to obtain less expensive and more customized transportation directly from drivers.

Fare problem

First issue doesn’t have enough customers , second it doesn’t look drivers receive 100% fare there is a lot of confusing fee , I think it’s much better to get their percentage , with these crazy I couldn’t see any deferent between it and uber/lyft still scumming drivers 😡

horrible customer service. Does not respond to messages.

I deleted my app a year ago because I was not getting rides. I want to reinstall it and my account is deleted. I have contacted them no less than five times and nobody has responded. I leave messages on the phone, and I've sent multiple emails. They are not great great with customer service. They are on par with Uber for poor customer service. I just watched somebody to contact me.
