Non biased ecase is horrid
Horrible
Whole eCasenotes system is slow, repetitive, and to me useless. To the company only helps billing and administration. Does not help clinicians, load times are horrid, I did the math for a year of time I have wasted on load times putting in documentation. 40 hours wasted over a year. We have complained about load times and eCasenotes staff says no issue, to close out all programs on a computer in order to use without load times but that doesn't work. App is useless. Cant do anything but look up demographic data on a client. Utterly wish they would shut their own doors. But admin likes them do to billing so clinicians get the shaft.

Not worth it…
The app only gives you client info. You cannot write a note. You can only look at previous notes and other info saved to the case. I got excited the app was free but now I see why. Unfortunately, I will delete this app cause it is no use to me:( I really wanted it to work for me. If I could write notes it would be amazing.
